We then continued with the cleaning process to remove residues, soot and odor. After the property is sanitized, we go through our reconstruction process that may involve structural repairs, replacing flooring, walls, ceilings, and plumping systems to pre-loss conditions.

    • Our mold remediation specialist team rapidly assesses the infested area. All sources of moisture intrusion are corrected before remediation process. We then follow with containment process to control contaminated area and avoid cross- contamination with use of dehumidifiers and air circulators. Afterwards, we continued with the demolition of mold damaged contents and disposal, content management, remove debris and apply mold remediation chemicals.
